Folk guitarist John Renbourn dies in Hawick home

Oh no! Sad news… I was first exposed to his incredible finger style work while at Concordia in the early ’80s. We’d pass well worn cassettes of his music back and forth between us cool cats. I’d never heard the like before, and I was mesmerized! Through Renbourne, I discovered many great artists… But none quite like him. He made me want to be a better guitarist. RIP, John.
